Pesto Chicken Egg Muffins
1 ½ cups chopped cooked chicken
1/3 cup sour cream
1/3 cup chopped sun-dried tomato
3 tablespoons prepared pesto
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
